After nearly a decade of working for other studios as a wedding photographer, Bill Brodniak started On Call Photography in 1995 as a personal wedding photography studio based in central New Jersey. Bill grew the business into a successful and prominent studio through advertising, the oncallphoto.com web site and word of mouth. Bill was a member of the Professional Photographers of America as well as an accepted member of the New Jersey Professional Photographer's Association. During his tenure as a wedding photographer, Bill was bestowed many awards for his portrait work.

After several years of successful growth both in the business and his family, Bill decided to re-engineer his business into something that allowed him to utilize his personality and photographic ability, without putting the extreme demand on his family time that wedding photography does. With that he focused on Youth League sports photography.

With this re-focusing of client base, On Call Photography has become one of Pennsylvania and New Jersey's most cherished studios. Bill recognized that the youth league and sports arena was one that was misunderstood, and looked down upon by many studio photographers. Mostly looked at as fill-work, youth leagues have had to endure photographers who really don't know how to handle large groups, who don't respect the leagues time and schedule, don't care about the quality of products or services they provided -
